About Us
MacDougall Training is a baseball and softball training facility in Bend, Oregon. Our coaches have played and coached at the high school, college, and professional levels. We offer private lessons, weekly group training, camps, and cage rentals for players of all ages. We also host youth and adult tournaments across Central Oregon.
Our Mission
Baseball is about making adjustments and getting better at the small things. We work with each player on mechanics, preparation, and game routines that carry over to the field. Our goal is to teach why, not only how.
What our players say
My son had an excellent experience with Ian today. As an older child, brand new to little league, we thought a couple of private lessons would be a good idea. Ian was very responsive even before the lesson, and was so helpful in answering my questions. My son had so much fun with Ian, and immediately asked if I could schedule more lessons. He was patient, encouraging, and great at breaking down the fundamentals, all while instilling confidence in a beginner. We were so happy with the first lesson and look forward to a few more this summer. Highly recommended!
Ian and Sean are outstanding instructors! They have a natural ability to connect with kids, making every lesson fun, engaging, and something our player genuinely looks forward to. At the same time, they keep the sessions productive and focused, helping our player build skills and confidence. Their patience, positive energy, and enthusiasm create a great training environment. I highly recommend them to any family looking for instructors who truly know how to teach while keeping kids excited and motivated.
